Thawing: Place sausages in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours to thaw. For quicker use, you can thaw the dinners at room temperature for a maximum of 2 hours. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator to maintain optimal freshness and safety.
Preparation: Tear open the perforated side of the package and transfer sausages and broth into a re-sealable container or a clean zip lock bag. Use a knife to carefully break up the sausages for easy serving.
Casing: If the natural casing comes off the sausage, simply discard it. The natural casing is edible and safe.
Serving: Serve sausages cold to preserve the nutritional integrity and flavor of the food. Reheating may compromise the quality.
Hygiene: Ensure hands, bowls and surfaces are washed thoroughly with hot water and soap before and after handling sausages.
Usage: For optimal freshness and safety, use sausages within 7 days of thawing.
